IS THIS THE BEST TIME TO BUILD?
This is a great time to build, and
southwest Florida is the place to build. You won’t get a
chance to build at these prices again for a long time.
Construction costs are down, mortgage rates are still at
historic lows and the potential for upward appreciation and
accrued equity is greater than in a “bull market.”
The next boom is on its way. And
speaking of booms, just think of the approximately 75
million baby boomers due to retire. A lot of them will be
moving to Florida, and when they do, prices will go up
again. It’s just that simple: supply and demand. Low supply
+ high demand = higher prices.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS?
A 10% deposit is required. Manatee
will arrange for the best financing terms for you from our
preferred lenders. Alternatively, you can choose to use your
own lender.
DOES MANATEE GIVE ME A WARRANTY?
Of course. Beyond your manufacturer’s warranty on all
appliances, Manatee gives you ------------- and a 10-year
warranty on the structure and mechanical systems from Bonded
Builders. Bonded Builders has recognized Manatee as a
preferred builder of quality and integrity, an honor
bestowed on a handful of builders meeting Bonded Builders’
stringent requirements and standards.
HOW
CAN I BE SURE THAT MY NEW HOME WILL NOT HAVE ANY DEFECTS?
We
control the building process from start to finish. Our
supervisors are responsible for quality control and
compliance with building specifications and governmental
ordinances. We keep you updated on the progress of the home,
also. When your home is finished, we’ll walk through it with
you to make sure everything is as it should be, and we’ll of
course correct
blemishes or problems before
you take ownership.
