Maybe you aren’t ready to build just yet.  Maybe, you are unsure about the whole thing.  Well, that’s understandable.  We understand also that a home is probably the largest investment you’ll make.  So, we want to make you comfortable with your decision.

Come visit with us. Stay in one of our luxurious vacation homes. Spend some time getting acquainted with southwest Florida, the great weather, the sunshine and the relaxed Florida lifestyle.  We want you to be sure that the decision you make is the right one for you. We also want to have an opportunity to meet you and get to know you.  A lot of long-lasting friendships have begun with the purchase of one of our homes, and we’d like you to have an opportunity to get to know us as well.

And here’s a great deal: if you should decide when you’re here that you want to build with us, we’ll pay for your airfare, hotel, rental car and meals, up to $1,500.00.  We can pretty much count on spending that $1,500, because most people don’t hesitate once they’ve seen the area and our beautiful homes!
